The Community-Based Primary Care Clinic (CBPCC) Program supports
clinics in expanding access to quality health care, with a strong focus
on community-based services and reducing health disparities among
underserved populations. During the training, staff
from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Office of
Primary and Rural Health will provide a detailed walk through of the
grant application, review required documentation, and be available to
answer questions.
